Can others see my location?
No. No one can see you on a map, or your distance or direction. Your location is used only while you are visible, to work out whether you are in the same circle. Details: Privacy › Location.
How do I report or block someone?
Choose "Report" or "Block" from the ··· menu on a profile, in a chat or on a post. People you block can't see you anywhere. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; the reporter is never revealed.
Why is my profile being reviewed?
For safety, profile photos are reviewed by a person before they are shown to others. You get a notification once they're approved.
I'm visible but there's no one around me.
Rastlio only shows people who are in the same circle and visible at that moment. Turn on "Let me know when someone arrives" to get a notification when someone does.
I'm not visible while the app is closed.
- iPhone: in Settings › Rastlio › Location, choose "Always" and keep Background App Refresh on. If you close the app by swiping it up, iOS won't run it in the background.
- Android: set Rastlio's location permission to "Allow all the time". Set the app's battery setting to "Unrestricted"; on some phones, also turn on "Autostart".
How do I change the app language?
Profile › Settings › Language. The app starts in Turkish if your phone is in Turkish, and in English otherwise.
How do I delete my account?
Profile › Settings › Delete account. If you can't access the app: Account deletion.
